Randy Swihart

Randy Swihart is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Florida REO Services of Jax, Inc. since July 2007 and a Senior Loan Officer at Innovative Mortgage since November 2020, Randy specializes in mortgage finance with expertise in various financing options, representing over 20 Wholesale Lenders and Investors. Additionally, Randy has been a Notary Public at River City Notary Services, Inc. since July 2019 and has held positions as Broker-Owner of Florida REO Services of Jax, Inc. until April 2021, as well as Broker/Owner for REO sales, commercial, and investment properties from 1982 to 2007. Randy holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management, along with Electrical Engineering, from Florida State College at Jacksonville and the University of Central Florida.
