David Locke

David Locke is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and design across various industries. Currently serving as a Product Development Engineer Consultant at Innovative Neurotronics since November 2012, David focuses on new product development and the enhancement of existing products. Previous positions include a role as Design/Manufacturing Engineering Consultant and Product Development Engineer / Project Manager at On-X Life Technologies, as well as Staff Product Development Engineer at Apollo Endosurgery, where responsibilities included production stabilization and cost reduction. David has also contributed to HelioVolt Corp. as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Consultant and held multiple engineering roles at Staktek Holdings, Inc., DCP, Inc., and Carbomedics, where comprehensive experience in mechanical design, tooling, and operational management was gained. David holds a degree from Texas A&M University, earned between 1975 and 1979.
