Tom Rial

Tom Rial, CGSCL, serves as the Managing Director for Global Projects & Compliance at Innovative Power Technologies since March 2021. Additionally, Tom functions as an International Trade and Business Development Consultant for Midwest AgriTrade, offering a comprehensive suite of services in business development and export compliance. Since September 1999, Tom has also been an Adjunct Instructor in Political Science at Des Moines Area Community College, teaching various subjects including International Relations and American Government. Previous experience includes roles as International Sales and Compliance Manager at Midamar Corporation, Global Logistics and Compliance Manager at Vermeer Corporation, and Business Development Manager at International Freight Transport, Inc. Educational qualifications comprise a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Political Economy from The George Washington University and Marquette University, along with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
