Waqas Noor

Mr. Waqas Noor joined IPL in 2011 after having worked in leading telecom companies for over six years. He had completed his degree in Computer Sciences from University of Management & Technology Lahore and has also received various certifications from PIQC including ISO 9001 Implementation, Documentation & Control. During his tenure at IPL, he was awarded “Manager of the Year” for 2014, 2015 and 2018; and was also awarded “Employee of the Year” in 2019. He is now leading the Nationwide Regional Operations & Engineering Team in his current role as General Manager – Regional Services.
