Dylan Pepper

Dylan Pepper is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Innovative Renal Care since April 2021, specializing in psychosocial evaluation, counseling, and resource referral for facility patients, while also contributing to the Depression Experts Team within the ESRD National Coordinating Center. Previous experience includes serving as a FACT Team Therapist and Community Counselor at Suncoast Center, Inc., from January 2016 to April 2021, where Dylan utilized solution-based and recovery-oriented strategies in psychotherapy and client treatment plans. Earlier roles included providing support and case management as an Adult Advocate at Community Action Stops Abuse. Dylan holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development, Anthropology, Religious Studies, and Women & Gender Studies from Eckerd College, where involvement on the Alumni Leadership Council included mentoring students and facilitating internship opportunities.
