Clifford Francis

Clifford Francis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and IT. Currently serving as Vice President at Innovative Research Group since April 2005, Clifford previously held the position of Director of Data Management and IT. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as IT Manager at PC Research and Services in 2005 and Network Administrator at the Ontario Legislature from 2004 to 2005 and the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario from 2001 to 2004. Earlier in the career, Clifford worked as a Network and Systems Administrator at Astera Software from May 1998 to October 2000. Educational qualifications include associate degrees in Architecture Drafting & Design from Glendale Community College and Business Management from College of the Canyons, along with studies at Karachi University.
