Julian Garas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client account management, currently serving as Vice President at Innovative Research Group since 2014. In this role, Julian oversees the day-to-day management of the firm's largest client accounts, focusing on relationship management, service quality control, and product development. Julian provides strategic guidance on government relations, stakeholder engagement, communications, and advocacy strategies for diverse clients, including major utilities and government agencies. Prior to this position, Julian held roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Network Reporting & Mediation and has a background as a Court Reporter. Julian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Studies with a focus on Culture Studies from Ryerson University, completed in 2013, and also received education from Seneca Polytechnic in 2014.
