Lina Saray

Lina Saray, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff and Director of Human Resources at Innovative Resources For Independence since September 2023, Lina has been instrumental in overseeing recruitment, compensation, benefit design, employee relations, and staff development since joining the organization in August 2015. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources and Business Manager at YAI Network, where Lina contributed significantly from July 2013 to August 2015. Educational credentials include an MBA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, a BS in International Relations and Economics from Seton Hall University, and completion of a Professional Development Program at Harvard Extension School focused on managing and leading others.
