Kyle French

Kyle French is an Optical Physicist at Innovative Scientific Solutions, Inc. since October 2018, specializing in optical scattering design, measurement, and analysis of materials. Previously, Kyle served as an Electro-Optics Master's Candidate at the University of Dayton from August 2016 to December 2019 and worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Exciting Technologies where the focus was on growing thin-film PMN-PT crystals for LADAR applications while overseeing undergraduate assistants. Prior experience includes roles as a Laboratory Engineer at Gaynes Labs Incorporated, a Graduate Assistant and Teacher's Assistant at Illinois Wesleyan University, and a Student Researcher at the University of Texas at Brownsville. Kyle holds a Master's degree in Electro Optics and Photonics from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Illinois Wesleyan University.
