Jean-Robert Lafont

Jean-Robert Lafont, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience as a Director of Human Resources. Jean-Robert held this position at Indian Spring Country Club from September 1999 to May 2006, at Francois & Co from June 2006 to April 2009, and at IST Management Services from June 2009.

Jean-Robert Lafont, PHR, SHRM-CP began their education at the University of Alaska Anchorage, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in English Literature in 1984. Jean-Robert then continued their studies at Columbia Pacific University in California, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1986.
