Sydney Ayers has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Vice President and previously as National Director and Corporate Recruiter at IST Management since March 2014. In addition to this role, Sydney has been an Advisory Council Member at Martinsburg College since January 2020, contributing to discussions on HR and business curriculum focus. Earlier career experiences include a temporary position at Mack & Associates and an internship with The Safer Foundation, assisting clients in workforce reintegration. Sydney started a professional journey in the hospitality industry at Hooters of America, where various roles included serving as a Corporate Trainer. Sydney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Communications from DePaul University, earned between 2010 and 2013.
