James Coleman has a diverse background in recruiting and coaching, currently serving as an Associate Recruiter at Innovative Systems Group since March 2014, where a focus on IT consulting solutions is emphasized. In addition to recruitment, James has been a Coach at Hot Shots Sports - Chicago since December 2013, utilizing effective public speaking and communication skills to foster athlete development and commitment. Previous experience includes a summer internship at Waypoint Homes and a role as a Sales Associate at Macy's. James Coleman is an alumnus of Kentucky State University.
