Nicky Bleiel

Nicky Bleiel has extensive work experience in the field of technical communication and content development. They started their career at Rockwell Software as a Lead Information Developer in 2001 and worked there until 2004. They then joined Matrix Solutions as a Senior Technical Writer from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they joined ComponentOne as a Senior Information Developer and served in that role for seven years until 2014. From 2014 to 2021, Nicky worked at IBM as a Watson Information Developer. In 2021, they joined Seegrid as a Senior Technical Communicator for a short period of three months. Currently, Nicky is employed at Innovative Systems, Inc. as a Senior Informative Developer & Content Strategist since July 2021.

Nicky Bleiel holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism from Penn State University. In addition, Nicky has also obtained a certification as a Certified Online Training Professional from the ICCOTP: International Council for Certified Online Training Professionals.
