Matthew Vincent

Matthew Vincent, PE, PMP, CWI, is an experienced project manager with a strong background in fixed equipment capital, maintenance, and repair projects. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Innovative Turnaround Controls since January 2021, Vincent oversees projects for Monroe Energy. Previous roles include Project Manager at PBF Energy, managing approximately $15 million annually, and Lead Tank Engineer at Philadelphia Energy Solutions, where Vincent was accountable for nearly 400 tanks at a major refinery. Additionally, Vincent has held roles as Project Engineer at Nooter Construction Company and Senior Project Manager at Graver Tank Company, focusing on the construction of Aboveground Storage Tanks. Vincent’s career began as a Land Surveyor Technician at CMID, Inc., following a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
