Yann Lastapis

Yann Lastapis has a wide range of work experience in software engineering. Yann began their career in 2008 at SOGETI High Tech GmbH as a Software Engineer, working on avionics model integration for Airbus simulation test platforms. In 2010, they moved on to INFOTEL as a Software Engineer. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Expectra, where they built Excel macros and developed a SAAS reporting application.

Yann then joined DECASOFT as a Web Software Engineer, specializing in PHP plugins for Drupal 7. Yann later worked at Umanis as a Software Engineer, focusing on Java applet development for various reporting tools.

In 2012, Yann was hired by Eyefinity as a Fullstack Software Engineer. Here, they developed two E-Business SAAS applications for the optical industry, one for contact lens sales and delivery and the other as a marketplace for optical frame suppliers.

Currently, Yann is working at Innov'ATM as a Lead Frontend Engineer and Fullstack Engineer. Yann is responsible for architecture and implementation of software in the aeronautics and drone industries, including new feature development, code reviews, and maintenance.

Throughout their career, Yann has gained experience with various technologies, including React, Redux, Java, PHP, and Python. Yann has also demonstrated leadership abilities and a strong commitment to improving their skills and helping younger engineers.

Yann Lastapis holds an Engineer's Degree - Master of Science in Computer Engineering, which they obtained from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès. Yann completed their undergraduate studies at the University Institute of Technology in Blagnac, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Additionally, they hold a University Degree of Technology in Computer Engineering from the same institute. In 2011, Yann received entrepreneurship training from Creact'up Toulouse.
