Salvatore Anania

Salvatore Anania, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Innovaway since January 2024. Previously, Salvatore held the position of Associate Director for HR Mergers & Acquisitions in Italy at Kyndryl from September 2021 to December 2023, following a significant role in the HR Business Development for the IBM Italy spin-off project. With a rich career at IBM spanning from 1989 to 2021, Salvatore took on various senior HR roles, including HR Business Development Leader and HR Partner for multiple business lines, managing large teams and complex projects across international organizations.
