Thiru is a digital strategist & practitioner with over 24 years of international experience across Insurance, Telecom & Financial Services. Specifically, within insurance, he has over 12 years of experience across different lines of business. He successfully led multi-million dollar digital transformations delivering business growth and new operating models. Over the years he worked with Sales & Marketing Teams in establishing brand, growth & partnership ecosystems.
Most recently Thiru was leading the Global Insurance Practice for L&T Infotech (LTI). Prior to that he was leading Solutions, Pre-Sales and a Digital Incubation team at SE2 driving growth and delivery of innovative solutions in the Life & Annuity sector.
Thiru lives in New Jersey with his wife (Teacher & the family’s soul), daughter (Junior in College), son (Sophomore in High School) and Simba (their 7-year-old dog). He loves spending time with his family & friends, traveling, cooking & reading.
