Pattanun Suwannarach

Pattanun Suwannarach currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at InnovestX, responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational goals in areas such as change management and talent acquisition. Previously, Pattanun held various leadership roles at PTTEP, including Leadership Development Manager and Recruitment & Employment Branding Manager, where responsibilities included identifying high-potential employees and enhancing recruitment branding. Prior experience includes serving as the Sr Manager of Talent Acquisition at Seagate Technology, managing recruitment activities across multiple plant locations, and overseeing talent sourcing strategies. Pattanun began a career at Tesco as a Secretary to the Regional Director, coordinating between various stores and preparing essential reports. Pattanun holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Queensland University of Technology.
