Cathryn Chang

Cathryn Chang, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Operations at innoVet Health, overseeing general operations, HR, and recruitment processes. With over 25 years of experience, including 15 years in the government contracting sector, Cathryn has held various leadership roles, such as Director of Finance and Administration at Energy and Security Group and Lead Project Finance Controller at ICF. Earlier positions include Associate Director of Operations at ESAC Inc and Operations Manager at Integrated Environmental Management, Inc. Cathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
