David has experience in writing, reporting, and automating various tests in the CI/CD Pipeline, building AWS Cloud infrastructure, deploying CI/CD Pipelines, and writing JavaScript based web applications. Additionally, David is the Owner/Developer at Phoenix Flight Software, with experience in SWIFT and JAVA application development. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering, David also has a background as an Army EFB Tech/Logistics Lead at Pd.M. Air Warrior and as an Instructor Pilot/Electronic Flight Bag Program Manager in the US Army.
