Erick Magpantay

Erick Magpantay has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Erick is currently working at REA Group as a Delivery Lead, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they also served as a Delivery Lead at REA Group starting from February 2022. Before their role at REA Group, Erick worked as a Senior Business Analyst at the company from February 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining REA Group, Erick worked at the National Disability Insurance Agency as a Senior Business Analyst from November 2018 to February 2021. Erick also gained experience in the energy sector when they served as a Senior Consultant / Business Analyst at Alinta Energy from March 2018 to October 2018.

Erick has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry as well. Erick held multiple roles at Telstra starting from October 2006 to December 2013, including Field Specialist Technical Support, Business Specialist - Operations, and Subject Matter Expert. Erick also worked as a Strategic Technology Officer at Victoria Police from December 2013 to August 2014.

Earlier in their career, Erick worked at Foxtel as a Senior Business Analyst from October 2016 to February 2018, and at Open Universities Australia as a Continuous Improvement Analyst from December 2014 to October 2016.

Erick Magpantay received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from AMA Computer University in Manila, Philippines. This educational achievement occurred between 1986 and 1991. In addition to their degree, Erick has obtained several certifications, including a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in June 2022. Erick also completed certifications in Learning Jira Software and Scrum: The Basics from LinkedIn, acquired in November 2021 and June 2021, respectively.
