Ashleigh Richardson

Ashleigh Richardson has a diverse work experience in the veterinary industry. Ashleigh started their career at Animal Health International, Inc. in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative and eventually worked their way up to become a Customer Service Supervisor. In 2015, they joined Patterson Veterinary Supply as a Sales Coordinator for the West Region. In 2016, they transitioned to Innovetive Petcare, where they initially served as a Human Resources & Integration Manager, responsible for overseeing various areas such as HR, Marketing, Finance, and Legal. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Innovetive Petcare.

Ashleigh Richardson's educational journey began in 2002 at Corona del Mar High School, where they obtained their high school diploma in 2006. In 2011, they enrolled at Austin Community College, focusing on Business Administration and Management, and earned their Associate of Science degree in 2014. Continuing their education, Ashleigh attended Texas State University from 2014 to 2016 and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management. Recently, they pursued further specialization in Human Resources Management and Services at Temple University Graduate School, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2018 to 2021.
