Angie Sedita

Angie Sedita currently serves as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors at Innovex, a position held since December 2022, participating in the merger of Dril-Quip, Inc with Innovex Downhole Solutions, Inc. As an active investor since 2022, Angie focuses on sectors including energy transition, oil and gas, industrials, and technology. Angie has held significant roles in major financial institutions, including Managing Director at Goldman Sachs from 2018 to 2021, where involvement centered on global equity research in oilfield services, new energy, and industrial sectors, and at UBS from 2009 to 2018, recognized as a Top Ranked Equity Analyst.
