Guilherme Motta Rodrigues

Guilherme Motta Rodrigues is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the subsea and project management sectors. Currently serving as Sales Administration Manager at Dril-Quip since August 2023, Guilherme previously held the position of Subsea Projects Manager for Latin America at Baker Hughes from October 2022 to August 2023. Additionally, Guilherme has worked at Dril-Quip in various roles including Projects Manager and Aftermarket Contract Coordinator between January 2021 and October 2022, and also served as an In-House Coordinator and Technician from May 2011 to June 2019. Guilherme's early career included the role of Installation Engineer for Subsea Drilling Systems at TechnipFMC from June 2019 to January 2021, focusing on operational procedures and offshore support. Guilherme holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Universidade Católica de Petrópolis and a degree in Production Engineering with an emphasis on subsea installations from Salesiana University, along with a technical background as a mechanical technician from Tecnical School José Rodrigues.
