Holly Kutil has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Holly started their career at Walgreens in 1995 as a Cosmetic Department Head. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at The Gospel House Church as a Ministry Coordinator and Publications Editor. In 2008, Holly joined American Ring and held multiple roles, including Accounts Receivable Manager, Director of Business Development, and CIO. Holly then joined NAVUG - A Dynamics Community in 2016 as the NAVUG Advisory Board Past Chairperson. In 2014, they also became a Navangelist at Dynamics NAV User Group. Most recently, Holly worked as a Customer Engagement Specialist at Innovia Consulting starting in 2018.

Holly Kutil - NAV/BC All-Star has a diverse education history. In 1977, they attended Maple Heights High School where they obtained a Vocational Accounting Certificate through the Accounting/Computing Vocation Program. In 2014, Holly pursued further education at Microsoft Customer Source to become a NAVISION EXPERT, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Most recently, in 2019-2020, they attended the Customer Care Institute and obtained a Certified Care Professional degree in the field of Customer Success.

In addition to their formal education, Holly has obtained several certifications. These include "How to Deliver Effective Virtual Presentations" (obtained in January 2022) and "Effective Listening Skills | Sales EQ" (obtained in August 2021) from Sales Gravy | The Sales Acceleration Company. Holly also completed the "CX Workshop | Closing the Customer Experience Gap" certification (obtained in June 2021) from the same institution. Other certifications include "Working with Upset Customers" (obtained in April 2020) from LinkedIn, as well as various Microsoft-related trainings such as "Learning Microsoft Flow" (obtained in October 2017), "Microsoft Teams Essential Training" (obtained in October 2017), "Team Collaboration in Office 365" (obtained in October 2017), and "Yammer 2016 Essential Training" (obtained in October 2017) from Lynda.com.
