Caroline Lambert

Caroline Lambert is an experienced experimental scientist currently working with Innovia Films in the New Product Development team since June 2023. Previous roles include Senior Research Scientist and Research Scientist in Process Characterisation at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, where responsibilities involved enhancing process knowledge and ensuring product quality in Bulk Drug Substance manufacturing. Additional experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant, where support was provided to students, a Food & Beverage Team Member at the National Trust, and a Graduate Assistant at The University of Toledo, contributing to vaccine candidate research. With a Master’s Degree in Bioinformatics from The University of Toledo and a First Class Honours Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology from Loughborough University, Caroline possesses a strong academic background complemented by diverse professional experiences in customer service and sports massage therapy.
