Chloe Watters

Chloe Watters has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving in various HR roles at Innovia Films since September 2014, including HR & Payroll Assistant, HR Assistant, and HR Administrator. Prior to this, Chloe worked as an R&D Administrator on a maternity cover basis at Innovia Films from June 2013 to June 2014. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources People Management from Lakes College (September 2023 - September 2024) and multiple business administration qualifications from Gen2, including a Level 3 and Level 2 Diploma. Chloe also completed secondary education at Nelson Thomlinson School from 2009 to 2013.
