Agne Tilingaite

Agne Tilingaite is a skilled HR professional with extensive experience in payroll and human resources. Currently serving as a Payroll and HR Assistant at Swisslog since September 2021, Agne previously worked at Unipart Manufacturing Group in the same role from November 2019 to September 2021. Prior to that, Agne gained valuable experience as an HR Generalist and Client Support as well as an Onsite Contract Manager at Encore Personnel, where responsibilities included developing client relationships, recruitment, and managing temporary workforce needs. Agne also served as a Resource Management Specialist and Contract Coordinator at Mach Recruitment, overseeing on-site contracts and team management. Agne holds a CIPD level 5 in Human Resources Management from Avado and both a Master’s degree in Intermedia/Multimedia from De Montfort University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Kaunas University of Technology.
