Kady Morgan

Kady Morgan is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources and as HR Business Partner at Innovia Technology since August 2021, Kady also holds the position of School Governor at Meldreth Primary School since November 2024. Previous roles include HR Business Partner (Maternity Cover) at Cambridge Assessment, Senior HR Manager at Dolfin Group, and HR Manager at ORC International, where strategic HR infrastructure was developed. Kady's earlier experience includes managing HR operations at MedicAnimal Ltd. and Xtra IT Resources, as well as intern roles at Bank of Africa - Mali. Kady holds a BA Hons in Business Administration and Management from Kingston University and a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management from Avado.
