Marleigh Plachecki

Marleigh Plachecki is an experienced finance and human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Innovia Wealth since February 2025. In this role, Marleigh is responsible for executing the Managing Directors’ vision across financial and human resource operations, including payroll, accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and compliance.
