Justine Vianne Lee has extensive experience in learning and development, with a focus on designing and implementing effective training programs. Justine Vianne started their career in 2007 as an Academic Advisor at John Jay College, where they guided freshmen through educational requirements and assisted with course registration. In 2009, they served as a Mediator at the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs, resolving consumer complaints in an objective and impartial manner. Justine then worked as a Research Assistant at John Jay College, evaluating in-prison transitional programs to reduce recidivism.
In 2010, Justine joined New York University as a Consultant in Academic Technology Services, providing training and support for digital media software and academic technology applications. Justine Vianne also worked as a Technology Assistant at NYU's Bobst Library, offering guidance on instructional and research projects.
Beginning in 2012, Justine gained experience in eMarketing campaign management as a Technical Account Manager at Acxiom, overseeing client campaigns and ensuring effective execution. Justine Vianne then joined Innovid in 2019 as a Director of Learning and Development, leading the design and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs that supported the company's strategic goals.
Currently, Justine is the Senior Director of Learning and Development at Innovid, where they strategically designed and implemented the company's first-ever L&D function. Justine Vianne leads a team in supporting global employees and implemented a learning management system with a wide range of courses.

Justine Vianne Lee completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminology at John Jay College (CUNY) from 2006 to 2010. After that, they pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social Sciences at New York University from 2010 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Dispute Resolution Certificate in May 2010 from John Jay College, authorized by the Board of Trustees of The City University of New York and the New York State Department of Education. In May 2023, they also obtained a LifeLabs Learning L&D Pro certification from LifeLabs Learning.
