Katie Long

Katie Long serves as the Senior Director of Learning & Development at DEPT® since December 2018, where responsibilities include collaborating with executive leadership to design strategic learning initiatives and managing onboarding and tailored learning plans for a 500-person creative and media organization. Previously, Katie held the position of Director of Learning and Development, delivering workshops and coaching sessions that enhanced employee growth and operational efficiencies. Prior to DEPT®, Katie worked at 3Q/DEPT as a Senior Training Manager, where a comprehensive training program for social media advertising was developed for 350 employees, significantly improving account management and client revenue. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Production Manager at Brand Networks and Manager of Media Services at Starcom MediaVest Group. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University.
