María Rojas has a diverse range of work experience in the field of graphic design and community management. María currently works as a Motion Graphic Designer at Innovid, starting in August 2021. Before that, they worked as an Animated Graphic Designer at Icarus Digital Marketing from May 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Video Editor/Motion Graphics at Kromática Audiovisual from August 2018 to March 2020.
María also has experience outside of graphic design. María worked as a Guide for the Audience at Cirque du Soleil in 2017, where they were responsible for mobilizing the audience and scenery during the show. Additionally, they worked as a Community Manager for Rosie The Hippo, a children's book series, and for Axionnet, a company providing various services including community management.
In 2015, María worked as a Community Manager for efeonce and in 2014, they worked as a Community Manager for the CCEAS, a cultural center affiliated with El Carabobeño newspaper. In both roles, they were responsible for creating content, monitoring social media platforms, and providing timely responses to interactions.
María Rojas completed their secondary education at the Centro Cultural Eladio Alemán Sucre from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Photography. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at the Universidad 'Alejandro de Humboldt' from 2011 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's degree in Advertising. In terms of additional certifications, María obtained an EFSET English Certificate with a score of 76 out of 100 in March 2022. María also completed the Intro to ChatGPT Course offered by Codecademy in April 2023. Furthermore, María is set to pursue Motion Graphics at the School of Motion in 2023.
