Shawna Richardson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Salesforce operations and sales management. Currently serving as Director at Stackline since February 2022, Shawna previously held key positions at xMatters, inc from September 2015 to May 2022, including Director of Salesforce Operations and Salesforce Operations Sr. Manager, where responsibilities included Salesforce CPQ installation, Docusign integration, and various standard Salesforce administration tasks.
