Courtney Smith

Courtney Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2018 to the present, Courtney has been working at Innovien Solutions, starting as a Tech Recruiter and progressing to Recruiter Lead. Currently, Courtney holds the position of Director Of Recruiting. Prior to Innovien Solutions, Courtney served as the Director Of Operations at Coastal Carolina University from August 2017 to May 2018. Courtney also gained experience in football administration support at the University of Montana from March 2015 to July 2017. Before that, Courtney worked as an Administrative Associate at the University of Montana School of Physical Therapy from November 2014 to March 2015. Courtney's professional journey began at Spooky Nook Sports in May 2013, where they held the roles of Events Coordinator and Sports Coordinator. Additionally, Courtney worked as a Volunteer Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach at Millersville University from August 2013 to November 2013.
