Monika DuVarney

Monika DuVarney has extensive work experience in various industries. Monika started their career as an Athletics Student Supervisor at Johnson & Wales University in 2011 and served in that role until 2013. In 2012, they gained hospitality experience through internships at The Ballantyne Hotel and Lodge, where they worked as a Front Desk Agent, Pool Server, and Hospitality Intern. In 2014, they joined Johnson & Wales University, Charlotte, as the Head Coach for the Women's Soccer Club. During the same year, they also worked at the U.S. National Whitewater Center as a Guest Experience Representative and later as a Group Sales Coordinator until 2016. Starting in 2016, Monika worked at The Select Group in various roles, including Associate Tech Recruiter and Delivery Manager, until 2019. Currently, they are employed at Innovien Solutions as a Senior Lead Recruiter.

Monika DuVarney obtained their High School Diploma from Nashua High School South from 2006 to 2010. Monika then went on to complete their Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Adventure & Nature-Based Tourism from Johnson & Wales University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Monika has obtained certifications in Sustainable Tourism from Tirimbina Biological Reserve, and as a Certified Infrastructure Delivery Specialist from The Select Group.
