Walter Hayden is a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with a robust background in software development and engineering leadership, particularly within defense and aerospace sectors. Currently at INNOVIM, Walter supports NORAD and the Space Force Guardians, recognized with a Star Award for swiftly correcting software deficiencies. Previous roles include engineering leadership at ALKU Government Solutions, focusing on radar systems, and extensive experience at the United States Air Force, overseeing software products and teams for the Military Satellite Communication system. Walter holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
