Robert Marchand currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Innovise IT since May 2024. Previously, Marchand held various leadership roles at SAP from 2005 to 2024, culminating in the position of Cloud Success Services VP - Head of Premium Engagement Services North America. Responsibilities included driving significant revenue growth, achieving over 100% renewal targets, and leading cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement strategies. Early career experiences spanned technical account management at Siebel Systems and senior applications consultancy at SAP America, along with engineering roles with Lockheed Martin and the US Army Materiel Command. Marchand holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
