Marci Medford

Marci Medford is an experienced investor currently at Innovius Capital since April 2024, previously serving in a similar role at Radian Capital from April 2022 to March 2024, focusing on growth equity in B2B software and TES. Marci has been involved in investments and board activities with Emporia Holdings and Spectora. Earlier career experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan from August 2019 to March 2022, specializing in Media & Communications, and serving as a Convergence Science Fellow at Mayo Clinic, where Marci developed a device for spinal anesthesia and identified pain points in childbirth related to epidural anesthesia. Marci holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has also studied at the University of Galway, alongside a high school education from New Trier Township High School in Winnetka.
