Kristie Zappas

Kristie Zappas, PharmD, BCIDP, BCPS, is an accomplished professional in the field of pharmacy and medical affairs with extensive experience in both clinical and leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Medical Affairs at Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics, Inc., since March 2022, Zappas has previously held significant positions including Diagnostics Lead at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Director of Clinical Development and Optimization at Accelerate Diagnostics, and Clinical Pharmacy Manager at AdventHealth Central Florida. Zappas began a career in pharmacy after obtaining a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Wingate University and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Microbiology from the University of Central Florida.
