Emmanuel Ferton has a diverse and extensive work experience in supply chain and operations management. Emmanuel started their career at Accenture as a Senior Consultant before moving on to HP, where they held the role of Supply Chain Manager for the EMEA region. At HP, they were responsible for integrating supply chain departments and defining logistics strategies.

In 2006, Ferton joined SOITEC as a Supply Chain Director, where they led international teams and oversaw various aspects of the supply chain, including sales administration, demand management, procurement, logistics, and customs. Emmanuel successfully implemented supply chain strategies and transformation programs, as well as deployed and managed S&OP processes across all business units. Ferton also served as the Managing Director at SOITEC and achieved significant improvements in customer satisfaction and asset performance.

After their tenure at SOITEC, Ferton founded Transitive Management Inc., a company that offered supply chain solutions to businesses. As the President of Transitive Management Inc., they provided innovative supply chain services, procurement, logistics, and contract management solutions.

Currently, Ferton holds the position of Senior Vice President Operations at Innovive. In their role, they oversee global operations, including manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and procurement. Ferton also previously served as the Vice President Operations at Innovive.

Emmanuel Ferton completed their Master's Degree in Marketing from emlyon business school from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's Degree in Materials Science and Industrial Management from Ecole centrale de Lyon from 1990 to 1993.
