Francesca McGuffie has a diverse and extensive work experience in engineering roles. Francesca began their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at W. M. Keck Observatory in 2002. Subsequently, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at MJ Research from 2002 to 2004. Francesca then joined Innovive in 2006 and held various positions including Design Engineer, Lead Engineer, Engineering Program Manager, Product Engineering Manager, and Director of Engineering before becoming Vice President of Engineering in 2023. Francesca’s work experience demonstrates their expertise in engineering and their progression into leadership roles.

Francesca McGuffie, PMP has a Master of Advanced Study in Medical Device Engineering from UC San Diego (2013-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University (2000-2005). Francesca is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in April 2017.
