Matt Stephey

Matt Stephey has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Matt'smost recent position was as the VP of Engineering at ReportAll USA, starting in June 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Engineering at Beam Benefits from October 2022 to June 2023, and as the Director of Engineering, Platform from August 2019 to October 2022. In 2019, they also worked as a UI Team Lead (Consultant) at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. for a few months.

Before these roles, Matt held the position of Director of Application Development at Exceptional Innovation, Inc. from December 2015 to February 2019. Matt also worked as a Lead Developer at HealthSpot in September to December 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Team Lead at ARG/US from January 2009 to August 2015, and as an Application Development Manager at NCSBN from August 2006 to January 2009.

Matt's work experience also includes being a .NET/SQL Server Instructor at BIR Training Center from March 2004 to January 2006, a Programmer at Guaranteed Rate from 2004 to 2006, and a Programmer at General Dynamics from 2002 to 2004. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to develop and deploy new products.

Matt Stephey attended the University of Dayton from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems.
