Jessie Shea has over 16 years of experience in customer operations and administrative support within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at Innovive, Inc since July 2007, Jessie has played a key role in enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency. Prior to this, Jessie worked as an Admin/IT Liaison at Avanir Pharmaceuticals from 2006 to 2007, where responsibilities included coordinating IT support and administrative functions.
