Yaron Kempler

Yaron Kempler is an experienced professional in new product introduction (NPI) management, currently serving as NPI Manager at Innoviz Technologies since December 2017, following a role as NPI Engineer. Prior experience includes senior positions at Intel Corporation, where Yaron managed the NPI of Intel® RealSense™ technology, and Microsoft, where responsibilities encompassed program management for digital pen development. Yaron also held various NPI-related roles at N-trig, including Production Manager and Program Manager, overseeing multiple projects for notable clients such as HTC and Sony. Yaron's engineering background began at Aran R&D, focusing on mechanical design for diverse high-tech sectors. Yaron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Practical Mechanical Engineering from the Technical College of Tel-Aviv University and is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Derby Online Learning.
