Benjamin Cohen Solal has worked for multiple companies since 2005. Benjamin began their career as a Developer (stage) for the Observatoire Français des Drogues et des Toxicomanies in 2005. In 2008, they worked as a Developer for Rentabiliweb and also held a Developer (stage) role at BNP Paribas. From 2012 to 2019, they held multiple roles at Be2bill, including Chef de Projet Technique, Responsable du Développement, and Chef de Projet Technique. In 2019, they worked as a Lead Developer & Scrum Master and Lead Developer at Dalenys. Currently, they are a Lead Software Engineer at Innovorder.

Benjamin also obtained a MPSI degree from Chaptal in 2003-2004. Additionally, they obtained a Certified SAFe\u00ae 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2020 and an Application Security and Secure Coding Training in \"PHP\" certification from CODEBASHING LTD in October 2020.
