Dan Mayton is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships within the HCM, Workforce Management, Healthcare Tech, and FinTech industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Innovu since May 2023, Mayton focuses on empowering employers to reduce healthcare costs through cloud-based solutions. As Chief Executive Officer at HCM Integrity since January 2019, Mayton consults on global partnerships and growth strategies. Previous roles include Chief Revenue Officer at TALON, Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Clair, and Vice President of Sales for ConnectYourCare, where Mayton was instrumental in securing multi-million dollar partnerships. Mayton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, International Business, and Japanese from Central Connecticut State University, along with certifications in avalanche safety and snow science from AIARE.
