Debbie Partsch

Debbie Partsch has been in the pharmacy industry for over 15 years. Debbie began their career in 2005 at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Lead Client Manager and Pharmacy Consultant. Debbie was later promoted to Director of Pharmacy Operations. In 2015, they moved to Innovu as the Director of Pharmacy. Debbie has been at Innovu, LLC since 2017, currently serving as the Chief Pharmacy Officer.

Debbie Partsch obtained their Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh in 1994. Debbie then attended Buffalo State University from 1994 to 1996, where they earned their Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). In 1996, they completed a Fellowship in Clinical Pharmacy and Managed Care at the University of Pittsburgh. In November 1994, they were certified as a Pharmacist by the PA State Board of Pharmacy. In April 2007, they obtained their Insurance Agent certification from the PA Insurance Department. Finally, in February 2021, they obtained their Authorization to Administer Injectables for Pharmacist certification from the PA State Board of Pharmacy.
