Laura Anthony, MBA, CSM, RDN, has over 16 years of professional experience. Laura began their career in 2005 as a Second Lieutenant/Dietetic Intern in the US Army, and was promoted to First Lieutenant/Clinical Staff Dietitian. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Registered Dietitian for Sodexo/HCR Manor Care, Pittsburgh Pottery, and LIFE Pittsburgh. In 2015, they held the role of Product Development Expeditor (Temp) at American Textile Company. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at UPMC Health Plan as a Lead Operations Analyst, Performance Improvement Coordinator, and Operations Support Specialist. Most recently, they have been employed as a Project / Account Manager and Product Specialist at Health Fidelity, An Edifecs Company since 2018, and is currently a Technical Product Manager at Innovu since 2022.

Laura Anthony, MBA, CSM, RDN has an extensive education history. In 2013-2014, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Robert Morris University, with a focus on Human Resources. In 2001-2005, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, with a focus on Dietetics/Dietitian. Laura has also obtained several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) from the Scrum Alliance (November 2018), Training in Adult Weight Management from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (September 2007), Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (September 2006), and Certified Food Safety Manager from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP) (January 2013).
