Thomas M. Luther, Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Thomas M. currently holds the position of Director of Growth Strategy at Clarus Care since June 2023.

Previously, Thomas was a Founding Partner at HOLOS+HEALTH, where they merged their experience with healthcare experts to provide automated technology solutions and services to independent physicians and medical facilities. Thomas M. co-founded this organization in February 2022.

Before that, Thomas worked as the President & Founder of TML Enterprises since July 2013. In this role, they provided general consulting and advisory services for different verticals, including healthcare, medical devices, and software technology companies.

Thomas also served as a Partner at Karma Health Partners from May 2020 to December 2021. Here, they focused on supporting providers and practices during their digital transformation and ensuring their long-term financial sustainability.

Additionally, Thomas worked as the Director of Channel & Business Development at Mend VIP from April 2019 to March 2020. Thomas M. also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Scribe Technology Solutions from January 2017 to March 2019.

Earlier in their career, Thomas had significant roles at Emmaus Health, where they spearheaded the startup of a primary care medical practice, and Community Orthopedic Surgery, PC, where they led an orthopedic practice as the Practice Administrator.

Thomas also has experience as a Regional Director at Instrumentation Engineering and as the Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Schill Corp., where they demonstrated strong sales and business development skills.

With their vast experience and expertise in healthcare, medical devices, technology, and sales, Thomas has acquired a comprehensive skill set to contribute to various industries and organizations.

Thomas M. Luther, Jr. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In addition, they acquired the certification of Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) from MGMA in January 2012.
